I woke up today feeling very old..
My whole body is aching after the football game on Wednesday..
and worse still, because of that, my left leg is paralysed now..
It hurts a lot when I climb up the stairs..
and I have to exert all my strength just to support my body when I walk..
I can't believe I'm totally knackered after just one football game..
The effect of ageing must have gotten the better of me...
On top of that injury, I have digestion problem as well...
Yesterday I ate Hainanese Chicken Rice and I threw it all out this morning..
Haiz...body aching, digestion problem..
what's next???

Joy to the world!!!
Last week of school and then easter break!!!
Yes yes yes..
the 1 month easter break that I've been waiting for is finally here..
Last year, Jordan came to Newcastle and stayed for 3 weeks!!!
So, this time it's my turn!!!
Nothing really special...
I've been there before and explored the mountains and parks..
but the idea of spending holiday with your friend is very very exciting..
I don't really have the mood to go for lessons anymore..
The feeling of declaring an extra week holiday is very tempting..
but one more week to go..
what's there to lament?
Well, everyone has their own plan during Easter so this Friday my friend Jane is organising a Chicken Convention in HM's house!!!!
Each person has to bring one chicken dish to the host's house and then share it with everyone else..
I've discussed about this matter with my housemate Osbert and I think we'll be cooking Chicken in Black Pepper and Onion..
Nothing special cos we're not really 'into' this kind of activity..
We just threw a banquet for Jane's BF before he went back to Singapore last week..
hehehe..
Here are some random pictures from previous dinners...
The picture is a bit dark..but from top left corner and going clockwise is Grilled chicken with salt, pepper and onion, Vietnamese glutinous rice, Kung Pao chicken, and egg with green,red paprika. The highlight of that night is definitely the Kung Pao Chicken since we just decided to do it at the last minute when we found the recipe on the internet. Oh, we had this on a random weekend after CNY.
Thai Green Curry which I just had yesterday. It was cooked by my housemate Mr.Luke Teo!!! The color is almost there and the ingredients are there but the hotness of the curry is not enough!! Well, it's not the chef's fault!! Blame the green curry paste he used that claimed to be hot and spicy with just a scoop!! He used nearly half of the bottle and it tasted like normal soup.
This was the dinner we had for Alan(Jane's BF)..Clockwise from top left is: Mince Pork soup, Pork with pickled vegetable, Pork with red wine sediment, and the highlight of the night Roast Pork. If you notice, they were all pork dishes and that was why we named it Pork Convention cum Alan's Farewell!!!

It's the latest single from Mika Nakashima and it will be released on 14 March 2007..
but for some unknown reason, it was released in the forum at the end of February..
I do not know how the uploader manage to get it..
Illegal perhaps?
Well, anyway, last night I found out that my friend has become a celebrity in her university..
How amazing is that?
When I received the news, I was awed with my mouth wide open..
I am happy for my friend since she accomplished something amazing in her university life..
something that you can remember..
definitely a special memory..
a legacy..(???)
Hehehehehe..
But really, it is unbeliavable..her face is everywhere in the town now..
Newspaper, MRT, websites..hehehehe..

It was 9 am in the morning..
I had been eagerly anticipating for this day to come...
I even purposely got up early just for today..
Today is the day I've been waiting for since last month..
I picked up my mobile phone and dial the number...
A rather reluctant voice answered the call..
Maybe she got Monday morning's blues...
Me: "Hi there! I'm calling in today to get my contract renewed."
O2: "Ok, how may I help you? Would you like to get a new handset?"
Me: "Yes please."
O2: "Which make?"
Me: "LG Viewty"
Yup..the decision had been made!!!
LG Viewty was the winner!!!
First of all, I would like to thank my friends who had helped by giving me lotsa different inputs..
There was overwhelming support for Sony Ericsson P1i but the final decision was not made by me..
I was merely a search engine..
Scrutinising all the different brands of phones and selecting only the best ones..
I was worried that I would regret taking LG at first..
but I was instead impressed with it...
The only drawback about this phone is perhaps the stylus which is not incorporated inside the phone...
It is treated as a separate accessory..
Well, the phone was made similar to iPhone and iTouch..
that is, you do not need to use stylus!!!
But, if you insist, you can hang it on the side of the phone which actually makes the phone looks ridiculous...
Software-wise I'm not really sure yet..
I've only tried the features but have not installed any external softwares yet..
The verdict so far...fabulous phone!!!
The complaints about the short life span of the battery, the slow response and the insensitivity to our touch sense are all nonsense so far..
I've been using the phone for 2 days straight and the battery is still full..
and I do not have any problems with slow response and insensitivity even though I put on a screen protector which should reduce the sensitivity of the phone..
but nothing so far..
so the arguments against the phone are so far unfounded..
