25 March 2007..
It is now 4:12 am in the morning
and I'm still sitting in front of my computer...
surfing and typing blog entry...
I'm wondering why I haven't slept yet
even though I've made up my mind that I shall sleep early and wake up early..
Well, I'm not having a problem or any sort of sadness..
but I'm simply thinking about a lot of things..
things that may be relevant or not relevant..
depends on how you look at it..
but all things are relevant to me no matter how small they are..
Let's see..
I'm actually thinking about my friend..
no no no...
it's not about crush or anything..
I don't really know how to explain it..
I don't know the word to use to describe it..
Anyway, it is about another of my 'project'
hehehe...
I don't know if I should do it or not..
but one thing for sure,
once I start to do it, I must go all the way..
and the outcome may be grim..
I want to quit doing it..
but it's addictive..
To ask me to stop would be like to ask a smoker not to smoke..
but I'll do my best...

March is really a busy month although Easter break is coming in one week..hihihi..
Anyway, March is also marked by another remarkable achievements...
So many people have their birthday in March!!!!

Well,March is really the month with most no. of birthdays in my calendar..
So anyway, this week is the last week of my school and Jordan is coming to Newcastle!!! Yay...Banzai!!!!
I asked Rizal to come as well but he didn't respond...hiks..Chiyo no chichi is ignored...
Uni is reaching its peak this week..
Going to hand in 2 assignments this week and that will be all for this term..
I dun feel like sleeping this week..
Want to try something crazy again..
Like not sleeping for one day then go to uni and play badminton..
I wonder what will happen???
I wonder I wonder...
Hmmmm.....
I'm turning more and more random...
I wonder what is the cause???

I just suddenly remembered bout this..
It was last month when I got my results back..
and I had 5 friends with me when collecting the results..
One is from beloved neighbour Sg (hehe..) while the other is local..
I was surprised by the different attitude shown after getting back our respective results..
The SG guy quickly made a remark: "Oh..I didn't study much for this exam"
I had thought that he didn't do very well for it..
but it turned out that he got 73 on average!!!
Ok..
What about my local friend??
Well..
He said this: "Oh..I can't do most of the questions so I don't expect that much"
and he scored 47 on average..
Any difference here??
Yes there is..
We Asians care too much about our own pride..
When I looked at the SG guy results..
I thought " What the heck??? You got 73 and still not satisfied?"
but I wasn't really annoyed by it..
what I didn't like was when he said " I didn't study much for this exam"
When you said that, you were implying :" I could have done better if I studied"
Well, if you knew that, why didn't you study???
The logic is this...
imagine when you go to work, you say this to your boss:
"Boss, this year we are not making any profit cos I didn't work that much"
Can you say that your boss??
Can you imagine what your boss will say after that?
"so you are saying that we can earn money if you work more?? Then why don't your work then???"
That would be his reply...
Instead of bragging about your capabilities, why don't you prove that you are indeed capable of doing something?
So why did the SG guy say that he didn't study much??
For a simple reason...
there were a few people with higher marks than him and he wanted to justify that he could get high marks as well..
If you notice, we Asian like to say things like "I didn't study for the exam", "I didn't do this" ,"I didn't do that"..
We like to make a lot of excuses for our own incapabilities..
Instead of doing that, why can't we just focus on how we can improve our own self or show the world what we can do???
Why can't we just throw our pride away once in a while??
There are lots more things more important in our life other than pride...
Why can't we just follow my local friend who said that he couldn't do the qns instead of saying he didn't study???
In fact, it is more logical for him to say that he didn't study than my SG friend..
Really really disappointing..

Wow..I just read various blog entries on ASEAN scholarship
and boy, I was really surprised by one which criticized it and turned it upside down!!
but dun worry..I'm not going to start another entry on ASEAN scholarship..
after reading so many of it..
I'm just sick of it!!
Anyway, now I'm falling in love with Namie Amuro..
her songs are just superb after I listened to it carefully!!!
and it just got better when I got her live concert video!!
The video is not that awesome..but it makes me want to listen to the songs she sang in the concert...
Uni life is starting to get serious...
Now I change my mind on getting part-time jobs after looking at the number of assignments, projects and lab reports!!!
I have 4 assignments, 3 lab reports and 4 projects due this coming weeks!!!
and that project include the dreaded design project!!
Haiz...but it's alright!!!
Since uni life is getting serious..
I should get serious as well!!!
LEss time for games now...hehe...
