My Sec 4, JC1 and JC2 days were truly the best time I've ever had in my life even until now..
The friends there were just amazing...
In Sec4, where I was the only senior on 9th floor, I had a wonderful bunch of juniors to joke with...
Vannak, James, Wern Jian, Woon Soon were the crazy gangs in VH last time..
I remembered staying in James' room until 4am to talk crap even though my 'O' Level exams were just a few days away..
and how I played WC3 with them every weekend until we were so good at it..
I always ended up feeling guilty and decided to study the next day..
but I rarely fulfilled it...
hahaha...
In JC, things even got better...
I met crazy gangs like Rizal, Jordan, Edo, Dian, Reren,Teik Zhen, Mark Ooi,etc..
and another batch of wonderful juniors Novi, Rudy, Ferro,etc..
They were just amazing!!!
There had not been a day without a laugh...
Everyone was used to be a target for rumour..
You made a slight mistake, and you would be on the headline for days and even weeks!!
Some people did criticised that we meddled into others' affairs too much..
but who cares...
what else could you do to have fun with the tight JC schedule?
Playing cards, going out together were typical stuff that people do..
but we wanted something new..
something that people rarely did..
so there you go..
I did not regret it though...
Without those 'rumour', life would be boring in CHBS...
Repeating the same old routine over and over again...
eat, study,sleep,eat,study,sleep and so on...
In JC2, Vannak, James, Woon Soon moved to CHBS and life couldn't get any better...
I had even more fun!!!!
Joking around was always on the menu of the day...
When 'A' Level was around the corner, everything stayed the same...
We still joked around till the last day...
It was very very fun...
I remembered that I fooled Teik Zhen that I ordered Orange Juice from Ebay..
It was so funny..
They believed it for quite some time before I told them that I actually asked James to help me buy the juice...
hahaha...
whenever I think about those days, I always laugh...
Vannak with the massive anime collection and Russell Peters and his funny phrases ('Go jump down', 'CMI', and his principal 'so called' jokes)..
James with his innocent-like face...
Woon Soon with his blur face...
Jordan,Edo,Rizal with their candid jokes..
Dian and Reren for their resourcefulness..
and many more..
Haiz...
Wish I could experience those days again...
the days where we practically had all the fun we could...

Today is already the first day of Chinese New Year for some people in some part of the world!!!
This year, I won't be at home celebrating it with my family.
but I'm quite used to it already..
This year, the first day of CNY happens to coincide with my friend's birthday..
Haha..he's so lucky cos the whole Chinese population in the world will be celebrating his birthday!!!

Are you one of those people that spends most of your time in front of computer chatting, surfing or maybe downloading?
Do you consider yourself to be anti-social then?
My friend pointed out once that he considered people of that type to be "anti-social" and "have no life".
Personally, I don't agree with him. Do you?
I always believe that different people have different way of enjoying their lives. Some prefer to go to pubs to drink while some just prefer to stay at home doing whatever they want. Looking at this point of view, then I believe you can't just make the above statement. When you say something, make sure to consider the consequence of it. Will it affect the people around you? Will it anger any of your friends if they heard it and so on...
To say something without thinking about the consequence of it can be bad sometimes. This world does not just revolve around an individual so you must not never feel that you are superior than the others. Some people might not care about it but if you do it too often, they can be annoyed. Remember that "complacency will lead to your downfall".
People who spend most of time in front of their computer are not anti-social. It is one of their way of enjoying their life. Enjoying life may not necessarily be going out shopping, or drinking. Anything as simple as sleeping or eating may be considered as one of the ways to enjoy life. You may frown when you heard this but every individual is unique in their own way. The greatest happiness is achieved when you can share what you love with your friends. So, show your support even if you do not like it. Obviously it must be within the limit of decency. Hehe... Cheers!!!

Anime is a term for Japanese motion picture animation characterized by highly stylized, colorful art, futuristic settings, and sexuality and violence.
Looking at the definition of anime, do you think that anime is for children only?
There are people who generalize that anime is only for children.
Well, anime is indeed a cartoon but to say that it's only for children is not quite right. When you talk about Pokemon, Digimon, you might tend to say that anime is for children.
However, not all anime are suitable for children.
E.g. School Rumble is a well known comedy anime. If you watch it, you might think that School Rumble is only meant to entertain but have you ever thought about the message it is trying to convey? The main male character is obviously Harima Kenji. In the anime, he falls in love with Tsukamoto Tenma, a girl who is not aware of almost everything around her including Harima's feeling. When you watch it, you might think it's just a comedy. But, I think the message here is that it is tough to confess your feeling to the girl that you love and bla bla bla..Will children understand this??? I don't think so..
E.g. Neon Genesis Evangelion is another good example. It has a complex storyline. When I first read the manga, I was so confused. I only managed to understand it after I watched the anime. Children will definitely not understand anything if they watch it. Maybe they will be amused by the robots and the weapons only. Ah...and note that Evangelion is rated as 18+.. So is still for children?
There are still lots of anime that require thinking and convey deep messages. To say that anime is only for children is an oversimplified view of anime. It depends on how you watch it. If you choose to just watch it for the sake of watching it, then you will most probably won't agree with me. But each individual has the right to choose what they want to believe in and there is no answer that will satisfy the opposite side. Those are lessons that I learned from anime as well. To me, anime has helped me view this life in a different way. I've seen lots of stories that may be relevant in our life and so I learned from it.
I received a breaking news from my friend..
very sad about it..
but hopefully, everything will be resolved soon..
